Prime Care Living Inc. was founded by Tom Dimperio, a licensed clinical psychologist and Rhonda Dimperio, a psychiatric registered nurse, to provide a home like facility for the professional care of residents needing quality assisted living.

Our two Prime Care Living Homes, Constance House and Stardust Place, are comfortable family residences located in quiet Northeast Albuquerque neighborhoods.

The home setting and warm family atmosphere provides a cost efficient and emotionally comforting alternative to institutional nursing home care or home based care giving.

Our Professional Staff is fully licensed and on duty 24 hours per day. Staff and programs are supervised by RNs and our medication monitoring system is reviewed by a registered pharmacist.

At Prime Care Living, our primary goal is to create and maintain a facility in which we would feel comfortable entrusting the care of our own loved ones
